About

Paul’s career started in the aerospace industry, progressing through Software, Systems and Manufacturing Engineering before taking on Human Resource and organisational development roles, both in the factories and at the BAE Virtual University.

Moving to consultants PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he led the creation of a multilingual HR shared service centre to serve 17 European countries. The leadership of large scale projects, and the management of their complex people and cultural issues, has since been central to his career. As an International HR Director, Transformation Director and Trouble Shooter with Serco for over 20 years he worked in the UK, India, Hong Kong and Dubai, delivering capability and performance building projects in over 30 countries (involving 75 nationalities) across sectors including Defence, Nuclear, Science, Justice and Immigration, Transport and Health Care.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and a coaching Master Practitioner, Paul has both implemented coaching and mentoring programmes and personally coached CEOs, MDs, senior, fast track and ‘challenging’ executives.
