About
Tameron is a Chartered Psychologist whose early career was in academia and as a researcher in Oxford University’s Department of Public Health before moving into business psychology and consultancy. She has over 20 years experience in designing and delivering bespoke leadership programmes, building high performance teams, providing assessment and selection solutions and executive coaching.
Her professional memberships include the British Psychological Society, the Health & Care Professions Council, the Association of Business Psychology and the Association for Coaching. She uses diverse evidence-based theories, tools and models to create solutions that are rigorous, practical and provide commercial answers to real business problems. Tameron works from the ‘inside out’ and the ‘outside in’ – viewing individuals in the context of their team and wider organisation – to help clients identify their inner resources to effect change in their environment.
Her clients range from family-run firms to global investment banks and chemical giants, and she has particular skill in developing the leadership capabilities of technical staff and in developing the performance of cross-functional teams from diverse professional backgrounds.
