Stephanie (Stef) Ticehurst

Stef has been coaching since 2012 and has provided coaching services to senior leaders and high potential talent in the energy, financial and health sectors. As a coach and developer of others, she is encouraging, challenging and perceptive and has particular interests and expertise in the areas of leadership communications, transitions and resilience.

After qualifying as a Speech and Language Therapist she worked with adults with acquired speech, voice, language and communication needs from both psychological and organic causes. Progressing into managerial and professional leadership roles, at local and national levels, Stef became accustomed to working in large complex organisations and learned the requisite influencing, negotiating and team development skills.

In addition to being Professional Head of Service for a large NHS Trust, she has previously been Workforce Project Lead for the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and RCSLT representative on both the Department of Health’s Stroke Program Board and its Stroke Strategy Steering Group.

A member of the European Mentoring Coaching Council, the Health and Care Professions Council and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, Stef is an EMCC Practitioner and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach with a degree in Speech Sciences.
