About

Like many of her contemporaries, Oxford graduate Amy Dempsey began her professional career in the City of London. She spent the next 13 years working with the investment management business, Schroders, performing a variety of roles across its Product, Distribution and Investment divisions. Quickly drawn into leadership roles, and latterly Head of Management for Schroders’ quantitative equities division, she recognised that both her primary interest and her skills lay in developing effective working relationships, systems and teams.

In 2017 Amy set up her own consultancy, focused on helping leaders and teams in the financial services sector and beyond, to think and act creatively with regard to their people and culture. Her clients range from start-ups and boutique to large, global corporations, both public and private.  She also advises a number of not-for-profit organisations.

She has over 15 years of coaching experience.
